Well after a torrential downpour that almost compromised my first day of shooting for my first music video, and 5 hours worth of shooting, I can say day one is a wrap!!  I just got settled back in from shooting my video for "Good In Your Goodbye" today at a friends farm in Simpsonville (thanks for the hospitality Mark!)

We did a lot of scenery shots and I got to throw clothes out the window into the muddy grass (since it rained earlier that morning!) I just want to thank everyone who came out to the Bats game last night!!  We had so much fun playing for you all!!  Sorry if I missed talking to you as I had to run to do the National Anthem as soon as I got done singing out in center field!!  What a hot night it was!!  I really enjoyed meeting all the Little League and AAU ball teams there!!  It's nice to see young men starting accomplishing their dreams at such a young age!  Not to mention, telling them about Adam Duvall (my boyfriend who got drafted the San Francisco Giants in the 11th round in 2010!) they loved hearing how hard work can pay off in the long run!!  I met a group of Canadian AAU players who are playing on UofL's field today in a tournament!!  We all wish you good luck! 

Again, thank you to all who came out!  We hope to be there again soon!

I just found out I won the opportunity to perform amongst amazing artists at the HullabaLOU Music Fest this summer at Churchill Downs!!  Thanks to all of your votes, Andrea Davidson (also a Louisville-based artist) and I will be performing Sunday, July 25th at 1:30!!  I will be on the Fleur De Lis stage sharing the spotlight with Stealing Angels, Justin Moore ("Backwoods" & "Small Town USA"), Loretta Lynn, & Dwight Yoakham!!  Words cannot express how thankful I am for all of y'all's support!  My fans are what keeps me going and God has blessed me with the best fans around! :)
